By the impugned order, the Premises Licence of the Petitioner, who is carrying on business in the name and style of "Hotel Sanjay Bar & Restaurant" came to be suspended for a period of 10 days. This order was confirmed in Appeal.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any reason for interference in the impugned order. The Petition, accordingly, shall stand dismissed.

At the request of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner it is directed that the Petitioner's Application dated 24 April 2015 for shifting the stage/performance area from ground floor to the first floor shall be decided within a period of eight weeks from today.
