It is also mentioned in the order that the suit to stand dismissed without further reference to the Court if the affidavit of evidence is not filed on or before 9.09.2014. The counsel for the plaintiffs states that they have filed the affidavit of evidence on 9.09.2014 but are yet to file the compilation of documents. The counsel undertakes to file the compilation of documents during the course of today. It is made clear if the compilation is not filed today, the suit will stand dismissed for want of prosecution.
