Again on 28th November, 2014, since none appeared for the Plaintiff, the following order was passed :

"This suit was on board for directions on 20 November, 2014 when none appeared for the Plaintiff. As a last chance, the suit was directed to be placed on board today with a clear indication that no adjournment would be granted on the next date.

Even today, when the matter was called out, none appears for the Plaintiff.

Place this Suit for Dismissal on 5th December, 2014." 3.

Today when the above Suit is called out, again none appear for the Plaintiff. In view thereof, this Court is constrained to dismiss the above Suit for want of prosecution. The Suit is accordingly dismissed for want of prosecution.
