In sub clause (a) of Clause (i) at page No. 1 of the said order, the word 'THEREMEX' be read as 'THERMEX'.

Clause (ii) of the said order be read as under : "ii. The learned Advocate appearing for the Plaintiff on

Nitin 2 / 2 MNOB-640-2014 instructions seeks to withdraw the Suit against Defendant Nos. 2 to 4. In view thereof, the Suit is withdrawn against Defendant Nos. 2 to 4 with liberty to file fresh Suit, if so advised".
