Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to carry out exhaustive amendment in the petition. In our view, it would be appropriate if the petition is withdrawn and liberty is given to the Petitioner to file afresh petition on the same cause of action. At the request of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed. It is clarified that Petitioner is entitled to file a fresh petition alongwith the amendment, on the same cause of action, and all contentions raised by her in this petition are kept open. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Sd/- Sd/- [M. S. SONAK, J.] [V. M. KANADE, J.] Vinayak Halemath 1 / 1
