Mr. Joshi states that Plaintiff No.2 expired on 05/04/2020 and defendants are the legal heirs of Plaintiff No.2. Mr. Shah confirms the same. Therefore, leave to amend the plaint to delete Plaintiff No.2 is permitted.

Parties have entered into the Consent Terms dated 14th July, 2021. The Consent Terms signed by Plaintiff No.1(a), 1(b), Defendant
