Leave to amend to implead the present President of the Petitioner. Amendment be carried out forthwith. Re-verification is dispensed with. 2.
Learned Counsel for the parties have tendered the consent terms dated 9 January 2023 stating that the parties intend to resolve the dispute in terms of the consent terms.

Under the consent terms, the petitioners have agreed to pay a sum of Rs. 14,00,000/- (Rupees Fourteen Lakhs only) in full and final settlement of respondent's claim made in Application (IDA) No.173 of 2015. The respondent has agreed and confirmed to settle the disputes amicably at the said amount as set out in Clause 1(d), in which details of cheques are set out and at the amounts payable by the petitioners to the respondent. The respondent states in Clause 1(e) that the respondent has accepted the said cheque and that there is now no claim ------------------------- 9 January 2023
pvr 21wp579-20 with the petitioners in respect of the said proceedings. The respondent has also agreed and undertaken that his retrenchment would not be challenged before any forum.

The consent terms are signed on behalf of the petitioners by the President of Vasantdada Patil Pratishthan and by the respondent - Vikas Hanmant Mokashi. The signatories to the consent terms are stated to be present in the Court and they are identified by their respective Advocates. The learned Advocates appearing for the parties have also signed the consent terms. The consent terms are in accordance with law. The consent terms are accordingly taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The undertakings as set out in the consent terms stand accepted.
