Plaintiff is present in Court. Partner of defendant no.1 - Mr. Prasad Arvind Puro is also present in Court and identified by Mr. Surana.

Mr. Pathak confirms having received a pay order for Rs.1,08,90,000/- after deducting TDS of Rs.1,10,000/-. Plaintiff undertakes to hand over original registered Deed of Conveyance dated 18th August 1971 to defendant no.1 within one week from today. Plaintiff hereby relinquishes all his rights, title and interest in suit property in favour of defendant no.1. Plaintiff further agrees, declares and confirms that plaintiff has not entered into any Agreement and/or Deed Gauri Gaekwad

2/2 902.NMCD-512-2017.doc and/or not created any third party rights in suit property in any manner whatsoever. Statement accepted. Defendant no.1 undertakes to deposit the deducted TDS amount of Rs.1,10,000/- on or before 7th May 2019, under advice to plaintiff's advocate.

Suit as against defendant no.1 accordingly stands disposed. Suit against defendant nos.2,3 and 4 stands dismissed. Refund of court fees, if any, in accordance with rules. Notice of motion no.512 of 2017 also stands disposed. All interim orders also stand vacated.
