Mr. Pinto instructed by Mr. Chanderpal states that his instructions are respondents have settled the matter under the Direct Tax Vivad se Vishwas Act 2020. Mr. Yewale for respondent no.2 states that the matter has been settled and the revenue has also issued Form-5. Copy of Form-5 is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Also taken on record is the application from DHL International GmBH to the Registrar ITAT informing the ITAT that respondent no.2 DHL Operations BV has merged with DHL International GmBH. The same is taken on record and marked "X-1" for identification.

In view of the above, Mr. Pinto says the petition becomes infructuous. Petition accordingly disposed.
