The learned AGP tenders across the bar a compilation of documents which is taken on record and marked as 'C-1' for identification. The compilation contains various documents including the letter dated 10th August 2018 addressed by the Registrar of Additional District Consumer Redressal Forum, Mumbai Suburban District, Mumbai to the Registrar (Administration) of the State Consumer Redressal Commission. It records that after separating an area of 5,000 sq. feet by construction of a partition, the possession thereof has been taken over by the Registrar of the Additional District Consumer Redressal Forum. Ms. Deepa D. Gaikwad, Registrar is present in the Court who confirms the correctness of the said fact. Even a copy of the possession letter signed by her and other officers of the State Government is a part of the compilation.

nmw-12.18.doc In view of belated compliance, we recall the order dated 23rd July 2018 only to the extent of issuing notice to Shri Mahesh Pathak, Principal Secretary, Food, Civil Supply and Consumer Affairs Department.
