The present Interim Application seeks post grant amendment to a Succession Certificate which was granted to the Applicant in respect of certain securities belonging to one Vashdev Thadani alias Vashdev Odharmal Thadani alias Vashdev O. Thadani (deceased).

The application sets out that it was only after the succession certificate A.B.Kakde 1/2

42-1850-2022.doc th October, 2021, that the Petitioner became aware that on was issued on 14 account of oversight in the Schedule of securities of deceased, as contained in Testamentary Petition No. 1207 of 2021, certain securities are missing and remained to be added inadvertently. The same are now sought to be added/corrected.

I have heard learned Counsel for the Applicant and perused the copy of the said Interim Application. I find that the same is in order and requires to be allowed in the interest of justice. Interim Application is therefore allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads as under: " (a) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the Amendment in Schedule-I of the Petition and Grant Certificate granted on 14th October, 2021, of the Petition as per the Schedule of Amendment annexed Hereto as Exhibit-C;

Re-verification is not dispensed with.
