The Plaintiff and all the Defendants, except Defendant Nos.5 and 6 have settled the matter and entered into the Consent Terms. The Plaintiff and all Defendants, except Defendant Nos.5 and 6, have signed. Defendant Shiv

2/2 903.s336.17.doc Nos.4 and 7 are partnership firm of which Defendant Nos.2 and 3 are the partners. On behalf of them Defendant No.2 has signed. All the signatories are present. They admit contents of the Consent Terms. They are identified by respective parties.

In view of settlement, the Plaintiff do not want to proceed against Defendant Nos.5 and 6. He wants to delete their names. In view of that the names of Defendant Nos.5 and 6 be deleted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 4.

The Consent Terms are accepted as an undertaking to the Court. The suit is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. In view of the Consent Terms the order dated 31st August 2018, passed on Notice of Motion No.1104 of 2017, stands vacated.

Interim Application, if any, stands disposed of. Motion is also disposed of. Chamber Summons is also disposed of.

Refund of Court fees as per Rules.
