The Petitioner has approached this Court for quashing and setting aside the notice dated 30th April, 2014. 2.

It is the contention of the Petitioner that prior to issuing the impugned notice, suddenly a survey was conducted and the Petitioner was not given ample opportunity to submit his case. 3.

In that view of the matter, we are inclined to allow the Petition. The impugned notice is quashed and set aside. The Petitioner shall submit all the documents in his possession to the authority within a period of two weeks from today. On such documents being supplied, the Respondent authority shall consider the same and pass a reasoned order.

PNP 2/2 WP2344-27.3 Rule is made absolute in the aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.
