In the last one year, the Defendant has not filed its Affidavit-in-Reply to the above Notice of Motion. In view thereof, for reasons set out in the order dated 09-05-2014, the Notice of Motion is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). The Notice of Motion is accordingly disposed of. 2.
