Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant. This Chamber Summons is taken out for permission to the Applicant/Plaintiff to delete the old address of the Defendant 1 / 2 June 19, 2019

907-CHSCD-637-19.doc and amend the cause title and other proceedings to include the new address as set out in the schedule as well as to make consequential amendments.

Considering that the address of the Defendant is changed, permission is granted to the Plaintiff to carry out the necessary amendments as mentioned in the schedule annexed to the Chamber Summons.

Amendment shall be carried out within a period of one week from the date of this order.

4.

The Chamber Summons is accordingly disposed of in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
