The Writ Petition raises private dispute between the Petitioner and Respondent No.3 who is son in law of the petitioner. The reliefs as prayed for by the Petitioner, in any case, cannot be granted in this Wit Petition. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
