1] After this petition was heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all the contentions including the contention that Section 17 Application, be heard and decided by the learned sole arbitrator as expeditiously as possible, as directed by this court, by an order dated 11th September, 2018 in Commercial arbitration Petition (L) No.891 2018. 2] Allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 3] The petitioner is permitted to delete respondent No.1 as also averments in paragraph No.13 of the petition.
