Learned counsel appearing for the parties have tendered consent terms dated 19th June, 2017 duly signed by the clients and its respective advocates. The signatures of the parties are identified by their respective advocates. Consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The undertakings recorded in the consent terms are accepted. Suit No. 687 of 2016 is disposed in terms of the consent terms.

The plaintiffs are directed to pay the fees and expenses of the learned Court Receiver as may be communicated by the learned Court Receiver within two weeks from the date of such communication. The Court Receiver shall inform the plaintiffs' advocate about the charges payable by the plaintiffs within two weeks from today.

Refund of court fees as per rules.

In view of the disposal of the suit, notice of motion pending if any, also stands disposed of.
