The papers are allowed to be produced at 3:00 p.m. 2.
By these petitions, the petitioners seek extension of time of six months with effect from 17th April, 2018. The arbitral proceedings are at the evidence stage. 18 months period has expired yesterday. 3.
By consent of parties, the learned arbitrator is granted six months time to make an award from today. Both the parties are directed to co-operate with each other and also with the learned arbitrator in making an award within the extended period. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted. 4.
The petitioners are directed to convey this order to the learned arbitrator for compliance.
