The parties have arrived at a settlement. They seek that Ms Tanmayi Rajadhyaksha be reinstated as the Arbitrator so that parties can file Consent Terms before her. By an email of 10th February 2020, she had indicated her inability to continue the arbitration, then being contested. However, now that parties have settled their disputes and what remains is the filing of the Consent Terms, I will request her to accept the reinstatement. 30th June 2021

Advocates for both sides before me agree that they will be filing Consent Terms and requesting an Award in terms of the Consent Terms before Ms Rajadhyaksha.

I am making it clear that if the parties do not arrive at a Consent Terms, Ms Rajadhyaksha is not required to continue. 5.

The Arbitration Petition is disposed of in these terms with no order as to costs.

It goes without saying that Ms Rajadhyaksha's continuance is of course subject to her being paid her fees. 7.

All concerned will act on production of an ordinary copy of this order.
