It is not possible to accept this Judge's Order. On the face of it, the proposed Order involves the alienation of immovable properties and this includes the alienation of the interests of two minors, Anjali Deepak Bansode and Karan Deepak Bansode. The amounts involved are substantial, viz., Rs. 3,68,00,000/-, Rs. 1,23,00,000/- and Rs. 40,00,000/-. While these properties are sought to be transferred along with the minors' interests, the application only seeks that the transfer deeds in respect of various properties will be deposited with this Court. A further prayer is that 27 April 2016

906-JOT38-16.DOC the Applicant be relieved from justifying surety in respect of minor children's two-thirds share. There is no provision made for deposit of the amount of the minors' shares or for securing these. 3.

The Judge's Order No. 38 of 2016 is not signed and is specifically rejected.
