Ms. Pratibha Ramaswamy, Assistant Official Liquidator present. ---- CORAM : K.R.SHRIRAM,J DATE : 24th FEBRUARY, 2016 P.C.:- The counsel for the applicant states that they are agreeable to the conditions placed by the Official Liquidator in paragraphs 17 and 18 of his affidavit affirmed on 2nd September, 2015. In view of the statement made by the counsel for the applicant, the Assistant Official Liquidator has no objection and submits that the application can be allowed in terms of prayer clause - (a). The application is, therefore, allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause - (a) which reads as under :- "(a) That the distribution of the sale proceeds of the secured assets be permitted among the secured creditors after setting aside the claims of workers and EPFO as proposed in the Applicant's letter Gauri Gaekwad

Notwithstanding the disposal of the application, the applicant to remove all office objections and get the application numbered. (K.R.SHRIRAM,J) Gauri Gaekwad
