Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicants, the learned AGP for first, third and fourth Respondents and the learned counsel appearing for the second Respondent. Chamber Summons has been taken out for bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased Writ Petitioner Nos.6, 8, 9 and 29. In view of the averments made in the affidavit in support, the Chamber Summons deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, the Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Amendment to be carried out within a period of four weeks.
