This notice of motion is taken out in the year 2003. Ad-interim relief was rejected by an order dated 11th February 2004. This order was carried in Appeal and the Appeal came to be dismissed on 6th June 2005. More than 12 years have passed after the ad-interim relief was rejected and the plaintiff has not made out any case for changed circumstances nor have they filed any affidavit to explain as to why any interim order should be granted today.
