This matter was on board on 7th December 2016 when the learned counsel appearing for the appellants had made a statement that the advocates of the appellants had returned the papers to the appellants. None had appeared for the appellants before the learned Company Registrar at least on three occasions. The office objections have not been removed.

Pursuant to the said order dated 7th December 2016, the appellants were already informed by the office about the said order dated 7th December 2016 and the next date of hearing. None appears for the appellants even today. Office has already submitted a report pursuant to the order dated 4th January 2017 passed by this Court. 3.

Company appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution and for non-removal of office objections.
