The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent, on instruction, states that in view of the order dated 30th October 2014 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Appeal (Ldg.) No.659/2014, the sale effected in favour of the said respondent is subject to the orders that may be passed in the writ petition filed by the Company for challenging the order of BIFR and AIFR. We accept the said statement. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant, in view of the said statement, seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.
