1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner tendered drat of the Judge's order along with affidavit of petitioner, copy of the grant issued on 22.02.2022, copy of the letter issued by the Sindhu Resettlement Corporation Ltd. dated 30.09.2022, draft of the agreement for the sale.

2. There are corrections in a draft which are suggested at relevant places including date of the affidavit of the petitioner, correction in residential address of the petitioner. Hence, adjourned.

4. Later on Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted corrected draft of the Judge's order and Vakalatnama. Office to scrutinize the same and register the Judge's order if it is found complete in all respects including pagination, marking of exhibits, payment of Court Fee etc. Thereafter it be placed to initial the Judge's order.

5. Hence, removed from the board.
