Learned Counsel for the appellant states that pay order dated 18 June 2015 issued by the Corporation Bank in favour of the Official Liquidator, High Court, Mumbai for a sum of Rs.1.00 crore each will be presented in the office of the Official Liquidator in the course of the day. In view of the above statement, we adjourn the hearing to 22 June 2015. Accordingly, we grant the extension of time limit which was stipulated in the order

2/2 Appeal-359-15 dated 4 December 2014 and extended by order dated 23 December 2014and 5 March 2015 by the learned Company Judge referred to in the impugned order dated 6 February 2015 and restore Company Application No.268 of 2010 on file and grant stay of the directions for sale of the property of the company in liquidation.

2) In view of the aforesaid deposit which the appellant undertakes to make the Official Liquidator in the course of the day, we allow the appeal and set aside the impugned order dated 6 February 2015 passed on Official Liquidator Report No.67 of 2015. The Company Application No.268 of 2010 shall be placed before the learned Company Judge as per the present roster. 3) The Appeal, accordingly, stands disposed of.
