The notice of motion was heard for some time. Mr. Singh started of by saying he has an order in his favour from CEO, SRA but defendant no.1 is trying to create third party rights. I asked Mr. Singh how can this Court be used as an executing Court and when plaintiff has favourable order, why this Court should interfere and why plaintiff should not go to concerned authority. Mr. Singh at this stage, took instructions and sought leave to withdraw the notice of motion. Notice of motion dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the appropriate forum under the Slum Act, who shall decide the grievance or application of plaintiff in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
