ORDER
:
The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents have pointed out that the present writ petition is against the interlocutory order dated 8th October, 2009 and subsequent interlocutory order passed. The submission is made that the main appeal No. 271 of 2009 itself is now heard finally by the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, at Mumbai and now matter is reserved for judgment. In view of this, we see there is no reason to keep this petition pending. Petition is disposed off accordingly as become infructuous. We have noted that there is no interim order passed by this Court in the writ petition which is pending since April, 2016. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
