By an order dated 28th November 2017 passed by this Court, the Applicant was directed to reconstruct the papers and proceedings of Chamber Summons No. 479 of 2013 as the papers and proceedings was not traceable. By an order of the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court dated 7th December 2017, the Chamber Summons with Affidavit in Support duly certified as true copy was taken on record as reconstructed. Today, when the Chamber Summons has come up for hearing, none appears for the parties. 1/2

At 5.50 p.m., the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant states that, he was unable to be present in Court on account of the electronic board not showing current status of the matter.

Having heard the learned counsel for the Applicant, I recall the order passed in the morning session and adjourn the Chamber Summons by a period of two weeks.
