A perusal of affidavit in support of the notice of motion indicates that copy of the award was received by the petitioners on 18th October, 2010. The petition is lodged on 4th May, 2011. The petitioners seek condonation of delay of 80 days in filing this petition. Court has no power to condone the delay beyond 30 days and that also if the petitioner shows sufficient cause. Notice of Motion is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.

In view of the dismissal of the Notice of Motion, arbitration petition is also dismissed. No order as to costs.
