Pursuant to the order dated 21.07.2015, the official liquidator has issued Public Notice on 1.08.2015 in Free Press Journal in English and Navshakti in Marathi in which it was mentioned that the last date of submission of claim was 26.08.2015.

The official liquidator states that they have not received any claim from any party till date.

(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to set aside order being order dated 26.02.2015 passed by this Hon'ble Court in the Company Petition No.504 of 2014 be set aside and the status of the company be restored on such terms as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.
