Auroma Law for the defendant. ---- CORAM : K.R.SHRIRAM,J DATE : 9th AUGUST, 2016 P.C.:- The counsel for the defendant states that they started giving inspection of the documents in compliance of the order dated 5th April, 2016 but could not given inspection of all the documents as some of the documents were not available. The counsel for the defendant states that now they have all the documents and inspection of all the documents will be given to the plaintiffs on 11th August, 2016 at 5.30 p.m. in the office of the advocate for the defendant. The counsel for the defendant also undertakes to provide photocopies of all the documents.

It is made clear that the defendant has had more than four months to give inspection of all the documents and if he does not give inspection and provide photocopies by 11th August, 2016 as per the undertaking given by the counsel for the defendant, the defendant will not permitted to rely upon any document inspection/copy of which has not been given.
