The learned counsel for the parties state that pursuant to the decree dated 23 rd September 2019, it has become necessary to modify the terms agreed between the parties and as decreed, particularly in relation to the affairs of the minor child including custody of the child. The parties have filed a fresh petition seeking such modification and have agreed to the modified terms in the consent terms dated 5 th May 2021 annexed at Exhibit-C to the petition.

Both the parties are present in court. They have confirmed execution of the terms. Advocates for the plaintiffs have also signed the terms. Both the plaintiffs have confirmed the contents of the consent terms. 3.

Accordingly, at the request of the parties, I pass the following order :- (i) Petition is allowed in terms of the consent terms annexed at Exhibit-C to the petition.

(ii) Decree to stand modified accordingly. Fresh drawn-up decree to be filed within two weeks from today. (iii) Petition is disposed in the above terms.
