Mr.Mishra, learned Counsel, appearing in support of this review petition, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the same. This in view of the fact that the tax effect involved in the appeal is less than the threshold limit of Rs.50 lakhs provided in the Central Board of Indirect Tax & Customs, New Delhi, Instruction No.390/Misc/116/2017JC dated 11 July, 2018. The pursis dated 29 July 2019 filed by the Commissioner, Central Goods and Services Tax, Kolhapur Commissionerate to the above effect is also taken on record.
