Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The learned Counsel for the parties make a joint statement that the plaintiffs and defendants have amicably resolved the dispute and executed Consent Terms.

Consent Terms are tendered.

Leena Anil Selden and Vijay Anilkumar Parulkar; plaintiff Nos.1 and 2, and Satish Prabhakar Parulkar and Rekha Avinash Athvankar; defendant Nos.1 and 2, are present before the Court. They admit the contents of the Consent Terms and execution thereof. They submit that they have voluntarily executed Consent Terms and there is no coercion or duress. The 1/2

Upon being inquired, the plaintiffs and defendants submit that they have executed the Consent Terms out of their own volition, and agree to abide by the dispositions in the Consent Terms. The parties seem to have also made provision to ensure that as far as possible the family property remains with the family members.

The Consent Terms are thus taken on record and marked 'X'.
7.
A preliminary decree be drawn in accordance with the Consent Terms ('X').
