Heard. The Chamber Summons is filed by original claimant for directions against the respondent to file an affidavit disclosing particulars of movable and immovable properties belonging to them, under Order XXI Rule 41 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that she received instructions from her client that they may be permitted to execute the award according to law, as they learnt that the respondent is holding some properties within jurisdiction of this court.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the subsequent development, following order is passed:

The Chamber Summons stands disposed of as infructuous with liberty to the applicant to proceed with execution of the award according to law.
