2) Let the Petition and all Annexures thereto be treated as an application of the Petitioner made to the Chief Executive Officer of Dharavi Redevelopment Project, who shall examine as to whether the Petitioner was at all eligible to participate or be part of the project and entitled to put up any structure for commercial user. The Petitioner shall appear before the said authority on any working day with prior permission before 7th November, 2015 and thereafter, the said authority shall take a decision as directed and expeditiously. 3) The Petition is disposed of with these directions. The authorities shall not disturb the Petitioner's structure until he appears and produces the requisite records.
