The parties are agreed that the amount due excluding TDS is Rs.1,99,975/-. The TDS amount is Rs.73,916/-. The total is Rs.2,73,891/-.

The Respondents agree that they will make the payment of 50% Shephali Mormare of the amount on or before 31st December 2020 and the balance 50% by Shephali Mormare Date: 2020.12.17 10:45:07 +0530 on or before 31st January 2021.

The TDS certificate for the first payment will be issued in January 2021 and the TDS certificate for the second instalment will be issued in February 2021.

The Respondents state that they will apply for an occupation certificate no later than by 15th April 2021. Until possession is handed over to the Petitioners, the Respondent will continue to make payment of the monthly compensation for alternate accommodation. All these statements are accepted as an undertakings to the Court. 6.
