By this interim application, the applicants seek condonation of delay of 143 days in filing this interim application and for bringing the legal heirs of the original petitioner on record as per the schedule annexed to the interim application. The interim application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The amendment shall be carried out within one week from today.
