Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant / Petitioner.

By this Interim Application, the Applicant is seeking permission to amend the Petition and consequential amendment in the grant of Letters of Administration as per the schedule annexed to the Interim Application.

I am satisfied with the averments in the Interim Application for the relief of amendment to be granted, particularly noting that the amendment is only with regard to the City Survey Number mentioned in Sr. Nos. 1 and 2 of the schedule to the Petition wherein, inadvertently the City Survey Number was shown as 155/B which should be City Survey No.155B/10. Accordingly, the following order is passed:- (i) The Applicant / Petitioner is permitted to amend the schedule to the Petition in accordance with schedule annexed to the Interim Application.

(ii) Consequential amendment shall be made by the Office in the grant of Letters of Administration.

(iii) Amendment shall be carried out within a period of three weeks from the date of this order. Re-verification is dispensed with.

(iv) The Interim Application is disposed of in the above terms. 2/3
