1] Heard the learned counsels for the parties. 2] This Chamber Summons is taken out by the applicant to bring the legal representatives of the deceased plaintiff No.1 Chandulal Patel on record. The Chamber Summons is supported by an affidavit and copy of the death certificate of Chandulal Patel. Two of the legal representatives namely Champaben Chandulal Patel and Anil Chandulal Patel, are already on record, in the capacity as plaintiff Nos. 2 and 3. 1/2

25 CHS 467 OF 2018 3] Thus, for the reasons stated in the affidavit in support, the Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). 4] The applicant shall carry out the necessary amendment within a period of two weeks from today and shall serve copy of amended plaint upon the defendants.

5] The Chamber Summons is disposed of in above terms. 6] The Suit be listed on 07.01.2010.
