Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Perused the reply filed by the third respondent of Shri Dilip Devidas Pawar. We accept the statements made in paragraphs 13, 14, and 15 of the said affidavit. The said statements take care of the grievance made by the petitioner in the petition. Accordingly, we dispose of the petition by accepting the aforesaid statements. We direct that the claim in relation to 161 bills mentioned in paragraph 15 of the reply shall be processed as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from today.
