After this petition was heard for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition contending that now show cause notice has been issued and the petitioner would be in a better position to cull out a case by having a fresh grounds on the basis of show cause notice.

We, accordingly, permit the petitioner to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition on the basis of show cause notice. 3.

We may also observe that sans any fresh grounds the petitioner may intend to urge on the basis of the show cause notice, we were not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition.

Disposed of as withdrawn. No costs.
