The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners on instructions seeks permission to withdraw the Petition with liberty to the petitioners to make a representation to the Mumbai Municipal Corporation calling upon the Mumbai Municipal Corporation to comply

wp-1309.15 with its statutory obligations under Sections 88 and 89 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966. The learned counsel appearing for the sixth respondent states that the petitioners have no locus.
