The learned Counsel appearing for the Plaintiffs has sought leave to withdraw the Suit against Defendant No.2 with liberty to file appropriate proceedings. The above Commercial Admiralty Suit has already been disposed of against 1st Defendant vessel.

In view thereof, the Commercial Admiralty Suit No.86 of 1/2

2-comas-86-2021.doc 2021 (earlier numbered as LD/VC/214/2020) is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the Plaintiff to adopt appropriate proceedings against Defendant No.2.

Refund of Court fees in accordance with law.

The Interim Application (L) No.2415 of 2021 does not survive and is disposed of accordingly.
