Accepted. The Petitioners are the only heirs of the deceased. All the heirs have consented. Hence issuance of proclamation is dispensed with. Miscellaneous Petition is returnable forthwith and taken up for hearing and final disposal.

The Petitioners seek a Legal Heirship Certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of one C.M. Somasundaran, alais Cherukutty Komath Madayi Somasundaran alias C.M. Somasunder, who is said to have died intestate in Mumbai, where he was ordinarily resident, on 3rd July 2012. A copy of his death certificate is annexed.

The deceased was survived by his widow and their two sons. Their names are mentioned in the tabulation below paragraph 5 of the Petition. The Petitioners are the only heirs of the deceased. 4.
The Heirship Certificate is required to be submitted to the Land Revenue Authorities in relation to property in Kerala. 5.
No other petition for an heirship certificate, succession certificate, probate or letters of administration with or without will annexed has been filed. There is no impediment to the grant of relief.

The Petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) in favour of the persons mentioned in the table below paragraph 5, namely, Smt. Shobha C.M. Somasundaran, Mr. Navin Somasundaran and Mr. Vivek Somasundaran 7.
