We find that before approaching this court, the petitioner has not approached the second respondent C.E.O. in regard to the grievances raised in the petition. Facing this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to submit a representation before the second respondent CEO.

With the aforesaid liberty, petition is allowed to be withdrawn. In case the petitioner makes the representation before nilegaonkar

All contentions of the parties are kept open including the contention of respondent nos.3 and 4 that they are not wakf board. 4.
