By this notice of motion, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 8 days in filing arbitration petition. No affidavit in reply is filed. On perusal of the affidavit in support of the notice of motion, I am satisfied that the applicant has satisfactorily explained the cause of delay. For the reasons recorded in the affidavit in support of the notice of motion, motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).

Petitioner is directed to remove all other office objections within two weeks from today, failing which the petition to stand dismissed without further reference to court. If all the office objections are removed and if the petition is numbered, place the arbitration petition on board for admission alongwith Arbitration petition (L) No.935 of 2015 on 7th September, 2015. Notice of motion is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
